Description:
The control knobs on the new BKR Radios have a tendency to crack or fall off, making it difficult to manually switch channels. In a dynamic fire situation, this could be dangerous. D-shaft couplers are available online that fit the shaft on the BKR selector knobs and have been utilized successfully to mitigate this issue. The manufacturer (BK) is aware of the defect, however, and will replace the knobs for free.
