Description:
A firefighter on the Warner Peak Fire, Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge, was hooking up a trailer as a piece of the hitch got stuck. While working to unstick the hitch, the trailer dropped onto the hitch, crushing the top of his middle finger (including nail and tip of bone.) The firefighter was transported to Lakeview, Oregon and received stiches and was released on the same day.
