Description:
On May 8, 2024, 2 USFS personnel were being evaluated as chainsaw operators. During the evaluation one of the operators cut through the hinge wood on a tree, causing it to fall in an unintended direction and damage the evaluator's truck. No one was injured but the vehicle sustained damage to utility boxes, and a chainsaw in the truck was also damaged.
